Who we are

This store is operated by PETIT PAN, S.A.R.L., 7 rue de Prague, 75012 Paris, France (RCS Paris 480 128 156). For the purposes of applicable data-protection law — including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — Petit Pan is the controller of your personal information. The store runs on Shopify, which processes data on our behalf.

What we collect

When you apply for a wholesale account, order, or contact us: your name, business name and address, email, phone number, order and payment details (we never see full card numbers), and correspondence. When you browse: device and usage data via cookies (see below). When you subscribe: your email address for trade updates.

Why we use it

To operate the store and your account, process and deliver orders, take payment, provide support, send trade updates you've signed up for, meet our legal obligations (tax, accounting), and protect the store against fraud. Legal bases under the GDPR: performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running a wholesale business, consent (newsletter), and legal obligation.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us operate: Shopify (store platform and payments infrastructure), payment providers (card processing, PayPal, our bank for transfers), and shipping carriers. We share only what each provider needs, and we do not sell your personal information.

International transfers

We are based in France and sell internationally; your information may be transferred between the EU and other countries (including the United States) under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, for Shopify, its certified data-transfer frameworks.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by French commercial and tax law, then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
