Petit Pan Fabrics — Refund Policy (Wholesale)

Petit Pan Fabrics sells to approved trade accounts only. Wholesale purchases are made in a professional capacity, and the 30-day consumer withdrawal right offered on our consumer store does not apply.

Incorrect or defective items

Please inspect your order on receipt. If we shipped the wrong item, or an item arrives faulty — a broken zipper, a flawed print — contact hello@petitpan.com with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund, including any return shipping we ask you to arrange.

Everything else

Subject to the statutory warranties provided by French law, wholesale sales are final. Please order carefully — we're happy to answer questions about any fabric before you buy.
